Questions, a drawing that looks wrong, or a purchase that did not come through: we read every message.

Write to [email protected]. The fastest way to report a drawing problem is in the app: Settings › Support › Report a Problem. It opens an e-mail with the app version and error codes filled in; attaching the drawing is optional and up to you.
Restore purchases
- Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with.
- In Cyanfold, open Settings › Pro and tap Restore Purchases.
- Pro unlocks on this device. It also works on your other iPhone, iPad and Mac with the same Apple Account.
To change or cancel a subscription, open Settings › Pro › Manage Subscription in the app, or your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
File formats

Not drawn yet: raster images, underlays, OLE objects and 3D solids. Each appears as a labelled placeholder and is counted in the Missing Items panel.
Common questions
A drawing looks different from the original.
Open the Missing Items panel from the chip at the top of the drawing. It lists missing references, substituted fonts and objects that could not be drawn. If something is wrong that is not listed, use Report a Problem.
References (xrefs) are missing.
Tap Allow Folder Access in the Missing Items panel and choose the folder that holds the project. Cyanfold remembers that access and looks for references there, including subfolders.
When does the daily limit reset?
At midnight on your device's clock. The library shows how long until the next free drawing. Drawings you opened in the last 30 days never count.
Why do I still see ads during the 72-hour preview?
The preview unlocks Pro features only. Unlimited drawings without ads come with Pro or a Day Pass.
How do I change ad privacy choices?
On iPhone and iPad: Settings › Privacy › Ad Privacy Choices in the app (where required), and iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
How do I delete my data?
Settings › Privacy › Delete All Local Drawings and Cache removes converted drawings, thumbnails and markups from the device. Purchases and the daily count stored in your iCloud are kept so they cannot be reset by accident.
